The heart of La Bune is the kitchen.
This is a real family room, there's usually someone in here. A woodburning stove, dining for 8, with a traditional feel but modern convenience. Food can be as simple or complicated as you wish to make it.
Practice your barista skills on the coffee machine - there's nothing better to accompany the fresh croissants, baguettes and fromage purchased from the local shops - a short walk or bike ride away (bicycles provided). You can even call and order a fresh pizza for collection.
There is a different local market within 20 minutes drive every morning - each has its own character and specialities: dairy, seafood, meat, fruit and veg, flowers, crafts and antiques are all to hand - discover any one for your own taste of Normandy. Don't miss the local award winning cider from Le Masson - there's usually a bottle in the house and plenty more from the farm where it is made, we're sure you'll be taking plenty home.
Free WiFi broadband, free telephone calls (except to mobiles).
Meet the neighbours:
We leave it to you to assign your bedrooms - one is pinker than the others ...
Or you may get the Master Bedroom ...
There is another bedroom - but you'll have to visit to see that, and the living room.
We should mention that the you will need a degree of mobility as we have not been able to fit a lift yet, and the old door frames may not accommodate your wheelchair, give us time.
